The role is entering a high-volume M&A Team who work with Private Equity & Corporate clients on complex transactions from both a Buy & Sell side perspective.
- Provide clients with reliable financial insights to support accurate forecasting and valuation.
- Critically assess transaction parameters to uncover potential risks and opportunities.
- Evaluate separation and integration challenges and their potential impact on financial outcomes.
