This is a prime opportunity for Employment Lawyers (2-7 years PQE) to work on high-profile cases and grow within a leading global firm.

As an Employment Lawyer, you will:

  • Advise top-tier clients on strategic employment law matters including workforce restructuring, employment litigation and compliance.
  • Manage complex employment tribunal claims including discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal cases.
  • Handle cross-border employment law issues, working with global clients on international mobility and workforce management.
  • Advocate in High Court litigation, including high-value contract disputes and injunctions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects such as global change management, gender pay gap audits and reward philosophy initiatives.
  • Collaborate with international colleagues, providing employment law expertise across multiple jurisdictions.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2-7 years PQE in employment law within a reputable commercial practice.
  • Experience advising on employment tribunal litigation, restructuring and high-level workforce management.
  • Strong technical expertise in UK employment law, with exposure to international employment matters being advantageous.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work on cross-office and multi-disciplinary projects.
