Role start date: August 2025
We are looking for someone with these skills to:
- Execute a wide range of roadshow products to include Deal, Non Deal roadshows, Pilot fishing, Reverse Roadshows, Field Trips, Investor Days and Expert Speaker Sessions.
- Handle all event logistics across both in-person and virtual events, to include accommodation, flights, ground transportation, visa applications, venue finding and organisation.
- Create, manage and distribute schedules.
- Manage project budgets and consolidate final costings.
Your skills/experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience of roadshow co-ordination (or a similar role) within the investment banking sector.
- Strong marketing, events & conference management experience within the financial sector.
- Excellent organisational skills, an eye for detail and work well under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working independently as well as with the wider team in fast paced environments.
