As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for gate automation and access control systems. This will include offering support over the phone, using email and in person. You will interact with customers to resolve issues, provide technical advice and deliver training in the installation of gate, access control and IP/Digital security systems. You will also be required to assist staff members with technical queries when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong fault finding and problem-solving skills
- Relevant experience in the gate automation, CCTV, alarm or access control industry
- Previous experience in providing telephone, email, and face-to-face support to customers is beneficial
- Technical experience with Windows 10/11 is beneficial
- Previous security installation or servicing experience is beneficial
- Technical certification or a degree in engineering or a related field is beneficial
