Reporting directly to the CPO, the Global Talent, Development & Performance Director will work to drive a high-performance culture, for now and for the future. In this role, you will work to ensure the right capabilities are in place to support the overall business strategy and drive a competitive edge through approaches to talent management, leadership and people development.
As Director of Talent, Development and Performance, you will collaborate with the regional Talent Leads and P&C Directors as you redefine the leadership framework, the model for high performance and succession planning, as well as develop a holistic talent and learning strategy. You will have three direct reports, specialising in learning and talent.
The successful Talent, Development & Performance Director will have significant experience in strategic talent management, leadership and people development, as well as coaching for high performance at a senior level, in a global, commercial matrix setting. The successful applicant will have experience of, and desire to be, hands-on in designing and rolling out talent and learning strategies, have a pragmatic approach and will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills ā a proven ability to communicate and partner effectively with a variety of stakeholders up to ExCo level is essential.
A competitive pack includes a base salary of c£140,000 - £175,000, car allowance, LTIP and wider pack.
