Interim HR Manager 7-month FTC – Real Estate – London Hybrid
Global real estate business. Working on 7-month FTC as additional headcount to the business HR team. As HR Manager for the London office, you will report directly to the Associate HR Director and collaborate with the SLT to ensure that the HR function complements business objectives.
You will have a professional, UK-based population of c2000 and will oversee all elements of the employee lifecycle. Your primary focus will be ER cases; coaching managers to promote early intervention on performance management and capability cases and effective HR management.
You will be working in a commercial, professional business environment and directly interacting with key stakeholders. CIPD Qualified or equivalent, the successful HR Manager will have a track record of delivering in an HR leadership capacity in a professional, commercial environment.
You will be experienced in managing stakeholder relationships, Organisational Development and performance management as well as be well-versed in developing culture and maintaining current HR policies. We require someone with a proven track record of high volume, high complexity ER case management in a commercial environment.
Remuneration includes a competitive base salary & car allowance bonus.
