The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
A vacancy is available with a Top 10 practice in the West Midlands. This is a new position to support the growth plan in the regional team delivering great service to both existing and new clients. You will work directly as part of the regional leadership group and contribute fully to the strategic development of the team.
Your role will be responsible for driving and delivering audit assignments, helping to support and mentor the growing team of staff and trainees. You will engage in local business development activities including pitching proposals to generate new client income. If not an existing RI, you will be supported towards attaining your RI status with the ability to sign-off accounts and audit reports.
To succeed, you will need a strong ambition and an energetic/enthusiastic approach to your leadership role. In return, you will have a varied and fulfilling role with a clear route to partnership. Flexible working options are available.
