Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and high-quality standards. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage the supply chain team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee procurement, production, inventory control, distribution, and transportation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any bottlenecks.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
