Our client is a market-leading and award-winning multi-disciplinary consultancy specialising in Planning, Design, and the Environment. Their project portfolio is diverse, representing projects at all scales across sectors including residential, historic sites and estates, renewable energy, and mixed-use commercial developments.

Responsibilities

  1. Overall management of the EIA Business Unit:
  • Oversee operations and implement appropriate business strategies.
  • Ensure effective Health and Safety within the Unit.
  • Participate in Monthly Planning Board Meetings to make key decisions benefiting the Unit, Division, and Stakeholders.
  • Review and approve tender pricing.
  • Ensure the Unit operates in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, sharing best practices.
  • Team Leadership and Development
  • Oversee recruitment and development of high-calibre employees to support current operations and future growth.
  • Identify and nurture talent for career progression in collaboration with HR and leadership.
