We are working with a fast-growing global agritech company in the Ramsgate area who are looking to employ a creative and ambitious marketing professional permanently, in office.
The package includes a competitive salary of circa £42,000-£46,000/annum, pension, critical illness cover and 23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
The ideal candidate will provide an injection of creativity and be a practical person who can design attractive and innovative prototype packaging as part of the role – someone who enjoys a challenge and can work to tight deadlines. This is a fast-paced role and requires you to be proactive in coming up with new designs and concepts. You will liaise with the marketing team at Head Office, as well as the global team, and have the opportunity to bounce ideas around.
You must be able to use Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Wordpress and Canva) and translate your art and design concepts into books, adverts, 3D packaging, as well as being responsible for photos for coordinating print marketing functions. Website experience is an absolute bonus.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a previous marketing role and be able to fulfil the following summary of duties:
- Digital marketing – creating and commissioning social media content, creating and maintaining a consumer-facing website.
- Planning, commissioning and producing yearly product catalogue.
- Managing showroom display and customer showroom experience.
- Following the marketing closely to identify new trends and gaps.
- Producing marketing deliverables for events.
- Website and social media management.
- Commissioning chefs for inspirational product usage – photography / recipe videos.
- Organising customer samples – inspirational presentation.
- Overseeing support from external marketing agency.
- Managing the marketing budget in close coordination with Marketing Director.
- Supporting global marketing and working closely with Marketing Director.
