You’ll start at the entry point salary of £44,339 per annum, increasing to £47,110 after 6 months service and satisfactory performance and to £49,881 after a further 6 months.

About this job
It is a very exciting time to join this charity as Evidence Programme Lead. They are implementing an ambitious cross-organisational transformation programme. They are looking for a person with strong social research skills who has the ability to lead their Evidence team. They are looking for someone who can work collaboratively across the organisation to ensure that they are developing their evidence base to inform their work.
With extensive experience and knowledge of applied research, evaluation and data analysis, you will provide strategic leadership to design, develop and deliver a programme of evidence projects as well as managing a team of evidence officers, identifying any gaps in evidence and providing advice about how to fill these. You’ll deliver internal projects and commission external research projects, working with colleagues in policy, press, campaigns and beyond to do so. Contributing to key internal working groups will be another key aspect of the role, as well as monitoring and responding to requests for evidence. You’ll be committed to ensuring that people with MS are involved in the design and delivery of evidence projects - as well as ensuring to seek views from people from a wide range of backgrounds.
