AV Support Technician/Audio Visual Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide 1st/2nd line troubleshooting for AV systems globally
* Conduct daily morning meeting room testing
* Hosting remote meeting and webinar, including set up and management of polling, Q&A and breakout rooms
* Event Support- preparation/rehearsals/live event management

AV Support Technician/Audio Visual Support Analyst

Attributes/Skills:

* Experience with supporting the following technologies:
o Microsoft Teams Rooms (Crestron, Polycom, Logitech)
o AV Peripherals – Shure, Q-SYS, Biamp, Nureva, AVer, Huddly, Crestron, Extron
o Video Conferencing (Pexip) Rooms (Cisco, Polycom)
* Prior experience with a ticketing system.
* Experience with Windows Operating Systems
