We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As an entry-level role, this position is ideal for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a variety of marketing activities across multiple functions.

The Marketing Associate will support a wide range of marketing initiatives, including field marketing, event coordination, marketing operations, or analytics, ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns and programs that drive business growth.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with different teams, gain exposure to various marketing channels, and help execute key marketing strategies that align with our company goals.

  • Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and functions.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and logistics of events, whether virtual or in-person, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly from start to finish.
  • Help track and analyze campaign performance, providing valuable insights and reporting to refine future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Contribute to content creation, design, and communication efforts for various marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and project deadlines to ensure timely execution of activities.
  • Assist with data management and CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of marketing activities and outcomes.
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and provide assistance on ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong enthusiasm for Marketing with a desire to develop a broad skill set across various marketing functions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Previous internship or relevant experience in marketing, event management, or operations is a plus.

This role is based at our 20 Fenchurch Street (The Walkie-Talkie Building!) London office. Employees hired for this position are expected to be in the office 5 days a week to foster that culture and ensure we continue to thrive through shared ideas and teamwork.
