Interim Chief Financial Officer - Remote working

Our client is a private equity backed Energy business undergoing leadership change and need an interim CFO to support through the transition. Strong experience in the number 1 role (CFO/FD) Ability to travel to various offices around the country although it is mostly remote working A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) Day rate £900-1100/inside IR35. 3-6 months contract. It will be a traditional CFO role, including: Oversight of all new projects/investments Oversight and improvement of FP&A and financial reporting Ensuring overall risk assurance/control compliance rigour including balance sheet integrity (got to be prepared to roll your sleeves up) Oversight of tax with advisors and HMRC Lead and develop the finance team There may well be additional projects too, including: Oversight of financial systems, including potential upgrades
