A West End based Consultancy is currently seeking a Senior/Associate Fund Monitoring Surveyor to join their London office. Renowned as a leader in the market, this company is involved in numerous projects in and around London and the South East, encompassing Mixed Use, Residential, Commercial, Hotel, Retail, and Industrial sectors. With nearly 100 panels to work with, they collaborate with prominent banks/funds on some of the most significant developments in London and the South East. The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in Quantity Surveying or Building Surveying, preferably with MRICS accreditation and some prior monitoring experience (though not essential, it would be advantageous). An essential requirement is a strong comprehension of the Monitoring role and a clear career drive to specialise in this domain. Additionally, candidates must possess relevant Consultancy experience in London and the South East. The selected candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £85k, dependent on experience. The company offers industry-leading flexibility, with the option for remote working, granting autonomy in managing workloads effectively. A performance-based bonus tied to personal achievements is available for those meeting their targets.
