Pacific Life Re Actuarial Graduate Programme - London
Start Date β August or September 2025 (flexible)
We are looking for 2 additional graduates to join our Savings & Retirement Actuarial Team to work in pricing related activities across our global markets. You will ideally join us in August ahead of our September graduate cohort, at which point you will all follow the graduate rotational programme together.

Weβre looking for talented, technical-minded, ambitious, and hard-working graduates to join the Savings & Retirement team in our London office as an Actuarial Analyst. At Pacific Life Re, we encourage a fresh perspective and value those who are willing to challenge conventional thinking.
To succeed in our Graduate Programme, you should possess the following qualities:
- Strong numeracy skills and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- A predicted or obtained 2:1 grade in a STEM undergraduate degree.
Should you be successful in your application, you will begin working within our S&R pricing team, gaining hands-on experience from a range of actuarial projects. We provide a generous study package of study days and financial support to help you qualify as an Actuary. You will also join our graduate scheme which will enable future rotations into other teams. All of this will develop you into a well-rounded Actuary, with a broad understanding of our business and the services that we provide to our clients.
We have designed a rotations programme to give our graduates broad actuarial knowledge and future rotations will give you the opportunity to spend time in a variety of different Actuarial teams including Pricing, Valuation, Modelling and R&D. You'll be given stimulating, hands-on roles and have the opportunity to apply the skills you develop across a broad range of projects.
