Position: Chartered Building Surveyor Location: Central London Salary: £65,000 – £80,000 (depending on experience), plus benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a prestigious boutique consultancy in the heart of London’s West End. This innovative and forward-thinking firm has earned a stellar reputation for delivering outstanding building surveying and project management services to a diverse client base, which includes blue-chip corporate tenants, developers, estates, and institutional investors. The team, currently comprising 25 professionals, is led by a dynamic and entrepreneurial Managing Director, supported by three Directors who oversee the firm’s core service lines. The Building Surveying team, made up of five experienced professionals, operates with a collaborative, “one for all” approach, ensuring that no member is left to tackle their responsibilities alone unless they prefer more autonomy. The team provides a wide range of building surveying services, including acquisitions, contract administration, schedules of condition, party wall matters, dilapidations, and more.
