Provide strategic direction and delivery leadership across major, multi-disciplinary projects Inspire and manage large cross-functional teams, embedding a high-performance culture Lead project execution from planning and design through to construction and handover Support talent development and succession planning within the organisation Strong background in development-phase leadership across advisory, partner, or design-led contracts ~ Deep understanding of full project lifecycle delivery, including regulatory and stakeholder engagement ~ Eligible for UK National Security Vetting (CTC/SC clearance)
