Job Title: Senior Manager – Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365 & Power Platform) Location: London, Manchester or Glasgow Permanent position Clearance: UK government security clearance SC Eligible We are seeking a strategic and delivery-focused Senior Manager to lead and drive successful digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Lead transformation projects using Microsoft Business Applications. Build strong relationships and clearly communicate technical ideas to both business and technical audiences. Project Management Deliver projects using Agile methods. Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep projects aligned with goals. Build trust and long-term partnerships through high-quality work. Use creative thinking to design practical, forward-looking solutions. Present ideas clearly to influence business decisions. Business Development Help shape solutions and plan team resources. Guide clients on digital strategies. Capability Building Ensure quality and efficiency across projects.. Minimum 8 years of consulting or business advisory experience. Proven expertise in Microsoft Business Applications (especially Dynamics 365). Strong grasp of business process transformation and cloud deployments. Experience managing client expectations and building long-term relationships. Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, or related tools. Familiarity with emerging technologies such as Generative AI and their business impact. Experience integrating Microsoft cloud solutions into enterprise environments. Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or Business. Professional certifications in project delivery methodologies (Scrum, Agile, PMP, Change Management, etc.). Active or eligible for UK government security clearance (BPSS or SC preferred).
