Job Title: Carpenter Multi-Trader Job Type: Permanent Job Category: Property Services Location: North East London Salary: £36,000.00 per annum We are looking for a Carpenter Multi-Trader to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services. Responsibilities: Undertaking all types of carpentry repairs, alongside additional trades such as basic plumbing, tiling and decorating, ensuring high quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responding to reactive maintenance requests and planned works in a timely manner. Ensuring all work is completed to health and safety standards and complies with regulations. Providing excellent customer service to tenants and housing association representatives Using a PDA device to receive and update job information, ensuring timely and accurate records of completed work.
