You will lead a talented team of designers across our London and Athens offices, fostering a collaborative and creative environment that drives innovation and excellence in design. This role involves not only managing people but also shaping product direction and engaging in flagship projects. You will be involved in the design cycle, product details, and business outcomes. Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support for their professional growth Lead design critiques, workshops, and ideation sessions to foster continuous improvement and innovation Set high standards and support the team to deliver trustworthy, intuitive, and delightful user experiences, always challenging to do better Lead design discussions in quarterly planning and project prioritization sessions Influence cross-functional teams to enhance product quality using data, user feedback, research, and market trends You have extensive product design experience, including managing and mentoring designers of various seniorities You come from a strong design background, preferably in fintech and mobile apps within a fast-paced environment You understand business outcomes and can translate them into effective design strategies You have an analytical, data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making You possess excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Private health insurance ~ Annual training budget ~ Referral rewards ~ Flexible remote working: at least 2 days/week in London, Athens, or Cyprus offices ~ 25 days holiday + bank holidays ~Two-week sabbatical after 4 years ~ Enhanced parental leave ~ We do not discriminate based on age, race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
