The Change Partners are partnered with a leading global technology business that drives strategic marketing initiatives across key retail channels and supports ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans across key retail channels (quarterly/6-month/12-month cycles).
  • Executing multi-channel campaigns including ATL media, in-store promotions, digital advertising, and retailer website optimisation.
  • Managing agency relationships and briefing creative asset development to drive sales and market differentiation.
  • Overseeing marketing budgets and measuring ROI effectiveness across all channel activities.
  • Collaborating with Retail Marketing and Field Teams to ensure seamless online-to-store campaign alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Degree plus marketing qualification with proven Product/Services Marketing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a channel marketing role managing multiple retail partnerships.
  • Strong budget management and ROI measurement capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to balance multiple stakeholders while delivering complex projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong influence and persuasion skills to drive commercial alignment across teams.
  • Outstanding communication skills to articulate strategy and performance across business functions.
