In House Lawyer (London)

An international law firm is seeking an In-House Lawyer to join their London team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advise on and negotiate client engagement terms, including outside counsel guidelines, master service agreements, RFPs, and tenders.
2. Support supplier onboarding and contract negotiations, reviewing supplier due diligence and commercial terms.
3. Advise on legal tech contracts and innovation initiatives involving third-party tools and platforms.
4. Supervise junior team members involved in commercial contracting and compliance matters.
5. Assist with internal legal training, including induction programs for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE.
• Strong experience in commercial contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with senior stakeholders and explaining legal issues to non-lawyers.
• Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
