What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Supporting Directors and their teams in a busy role
• Managing extensive diaries and resolving schedule conflicts
• Arranging global travel and detailed itineraries
• Processing expenses
• Collaborating within a close-knit team of EAs
• Option to work from home 1 day a week

The skills you need to bring:

• Proven Team EA/PA experience in Banking
• Experience on a Trading Floor is a plus
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Team-oriented with a good sense of humor
• High level of confidentiality
