Very exciting role for one of London’s most famous fine dining Groups, they have a role for an Assistant Management Accountant. The role is based in central London, it will be fully in the office during probation and then 1 day WFH after. Great benefits, especially if you like amazing food and wine!
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, and fixed assets for monthly management accounts.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, and depreciation.
- Perform bank and other balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support monthly and yearly financial close processes.
- Assist with ad-hoc financial reports and analysis.
- Contribute to continuous improvement within the finance department.
- Process purchase invoices and maintain supplier records (Accounts Payable).
- Raise sales invoices and chase outstanding debts (Accounts Receivable).
- Support the outsourced payroll function.
