Job Title : Property Manager – Site based

Salary Expectation: £60,000 – £70,000 per annum

Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 17:00pm)

Location: Wembley – HA9

Profile:

Abbatt are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients who are seeking an open minded and experienced Property Manager to join their newest luxury development based in Wembley.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the site is legislatively compliant, in terms of legal (Landlord and Tenant), health & safety (especially Building Safety Act/Fire Safety).
  • Financial management of the budget, accounts, and client reports.
  • Management of onsite staff.
  • Regular site inspections and overseeing maintenance issues, particularly with regards to MEP.
  • Communication with leaseholders and administering of S20 process.
  • Major works and defect management.
  • Ultimate responsibility for smooth operations onsite and back-office administration.
  • Ensuring all property systems are up to date – so prior working knowledge of MRI Qube will be very helpful.
