MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading Retailer on the search for a Concession & Digital Store Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Concession & Digital Store Manager you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client’s presence within a leading retail destination by managing daily operations, motivating the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will take ownership of the concession’s growth, from driving sales and improving profitability to leading visual merchandising and ensuring brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and evaluate opportunities for long-term profitability.
- Manage product assortment and stock flow in collaboration with merchandising teams.
- Motivate, train, and develop the sales team to exceed performance expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail management and external stakeholders.
- Oversee concession operations, from stock management and events to online business.
- Ensure alignment with the brand’s visual merchandising and customer service standards.
- Take responsibility for operational excellence, including staff scheduling, events, and managing digital tools such as POS and Click & Collect.
What Are We Looking For?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in store management, with a proven track record in sales.
- Strong organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience in project management or corporate-level retail operations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
