About us:
xDNA Group has grown rapidly to become a full-service agency, with over 130 people worldwide, with offices in Europe, North America, and Asia.
We specialise in Web and Software Development, as well as marketing services through our brand Climb Online.
We’re not stopping there. We already have plans to increase our headcount and global footprint, to become one of the most recognised agencies in the industry.

Job title: Digital Marketing Managing Director
As a Managing Director in the UK you will:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership : Define and implement the agency’s vision, setting clear goals and delivering on ambitious growth targets.
- Team Development : Inspire, lead, and grow a talented team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
- Client Success : Build and nurture senior-level client relationships, ensuring outstanding service delivery and maximising client satisfaction.
- Growth & Innovation : Identify market opportunities, develop new service offerings, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep the agency at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Operational Excellence : Oversee the agency’s financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency across all operations.
