Exciting opportunity for an experienced Biomedical Engineer! Are you a skilled Clinical / Biomedical Engineer with experience within the UK ready to make a real impact in the healthcare sector? We're offering a permanent role for an enthusiastic individual to lead on-site medical device repairs, preventative maintenance, and asset management at a cutting-edge hospital location.
Your Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on medical equipment, strictly following manufacturer's guidelines.
- Collaborate with the site manager/team leader to surpass contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct necessary repairs on medical equipment, adhering closely to manufacturer's guidelines.
- Manage all administrative tasks linked to repairs and preventative maintenance, following our streamlined procedures.
- Be the crucial support for our valued customers, ensuring seamless hospital operations.
- Embark on journeys to satellite sites for Corrective and Preventive Maintenance, ensuring seamless healthcare delivery.
- Safeguard a secure work environment within the hospital premises.
- Keep our vital spare part stock replenished, ensuring uninterrupted service.
- Craft and orchestrate schedules to complete workloads in your designated area.
- Keep service documentation up-to-date in line with our evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with OEM and third-party supplier service staff and management when needed, fostering strong partnerships.
- Maintain tools and test equipment to the highest standards, aligning with our company's ethos.
Required Qualifications:
- HNC in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent (Essential)
- Qualification in Engineering, electronics, or medical technologies like biomedical engineering (Desirable)
Required Skills:
- Forge lasting Customer Relationships with flair (Essential)
- Champion Excellent written and oral communication skills (Essential)
- Navigate MS Office suite, especially Excel, with ease (Essential)
