Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver

• Annual Salary: £26k-£27k
• Location: In person
• Job Type: Full-time
• Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, flexibility will also be required, deliveries can be between 6am – 6pm
• A valid forklift licence is essential.
• Full driving licence

Our client is recruiting for a Warehouse/Forklift Driver, where you will be essential in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our warehouse and yard. This role is perfect for someone who is motivated, reliable, and ready to handle a variety of tasks with precision and care.

Day-to-day of the role:

• loading and unloading of deliveries using a forklift 
• Handballing 
• Picking of orders 
• Maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Keeping the warehouse and yard clean and organised.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good literacy skills for accurate picking and documentation.
• Strong focus on organisation and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace.
• Ability to work flexible hours, adapting to the varying needs of the business.
