Desktop Analyst – End User Computing

We’re partnered with a global tech-driven investment firm to find a highly capable Desktop Analyst to join their world-class infrastructure team.

You’ll manage and optimise the end-user computing environment across a global footprint — Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, PowerShell scripting, and advanced collaboration tools like Teams and Teams Rooms. Expect to work hands-on with Surface Hubs, Citrix DaaS, VMware ESXi, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, and enterprise AV systems (Crestron, Logitech, Yealink).

This role combines deep technical execution with business impact — from automating secure builds to troubleshooting complex AV setups and leading next-gen desktop initiatives. You’ll be supporting critical functions like trading, research, and data, where stability and performance are non-negotiable.
