Territory Sales Manager – North of England

Established over 50 years ago, our client is a leading provider of optical and audio technology solutions to various industries worldwide. With a revenue of €9BN and continuous growth, they are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to build and develop relationships with both prospective and existing accounts.

This role is hybrid, involving both home-based work and face-to-face meetings across the North of England.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through regular face-to-face meetings.
  • Confidently present product offerings and explain key benefits.
  • Create and execute a sales plan for the territory.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and understanding.
  • Provide effective product training to customers.
  • Stay informed about competitor activity and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service and product offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and present findings to leadership when necessary.

The Successful Candidate

  • At least 2 years of field sales experience is required.
  • Experience selling audiology equipment or background as an audiologist is a plus.
  • Experience in the MedTech space will also be considered.
