We are working with a global organisation in the sustainable engineering sector, seeking a part-time Senior Finance Analyst to support a major transformation programme. This role is ideal for a qualified finance professional with strong business partnering skills and experience in large, international environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead financial planning and reporting for a global change programme
- Deliver insight on cost management, programme benefits, and commercial outcomes
- Ensure financial records are audit-ready and compliant with internal controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Group Finance and Programme Management
- Provide clear financial commentary and support decision-making
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and corporate finance expertise
- Experience in transformation environments and/or global organisations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable working independently and to tight deadlines
This is a hybrid role requiring presence onsite in Derby 1-2 days per week, aligned with your agreed part-time working pattern. Flexibility on working hours and days can be offered.
