This strategic and operational role will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the brand are able to attract and retain the best talent. Please note – financial services or professional services experience would be advantageous. As the Talent Acquisition Lead you will act as a trusted partner to the business, ensuring they are able to identify, attract and secure individuals with the capability to develop the organisation. Lead Recruitment activities globally Proactively source talent through headhunting, market mapping, and leveraging targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive candidate pools. Drive and champion the Employee Referral Programme. Collaborate with HR Business Partners to anticipate and respond to workforce planning needs develop and maintain careers content on the company website, intranet, and LinkedIn. Lead the development and optimisation of the Applicant Tracking System and other recruitment tools. Design and implement a strategic plan for leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor to support recruitment branding. The salary on offer for this role is up to £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.
