  • Sourcing the best candidates through job adverts and headhunting
  • Qualifying candidates, arranging interviews with clients and preparing candidates for their interviews.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to provide the best service with confidence.
  • Negotiating terms of business with new clients and completing placements.
  • Building a network within a chosen market and making a name for yourself!
