You’ll work with our AI-powered features, scaling our products and enhancing the quality of our existing content within Support — a team that assists millions of users in troubleshooting and understanding our products. Design and deliver simple, intuitive experiences that ease stressful situations. Prioritize content needs and manage impactful projects across teams. Collaborate with data scientists and developers to improve our content models for new scenarios and tools. You will also join the Content Guild, collaborating with the broader content community at Wise, and act as a voice for Support in feedback loops to improve messaging consistency. Experienced Principal Content Designer with a track record of delivering world-class consumer products. Proficient in using AI tools to solve complex problems. Experience in building AI tools from conception to scaling. Focused on quality and continuous improvement. Influential, inspiring, and autonomous in your work culture. Your background is mainly in marketing, advertising, journalism, or social media without hands-on UX content design experience. You haven\’t worked with AI tools before, as this role involves leading decisions based on AI expertise.
