Job Opportunity: Regulatory Solicitor

We are representing a leading healthcare firm seeking a Regulatory Solicitor to join their busy team in London.

Role

You will join a top-tier legal team, acting for various regulatory bodies primarily in the health sector. Your responsibilities include managing a caseload involving fitness to practice investigations related to misconduct, competence, or health issues, and preparing cases for hearings before panels and committees of regulators. The work is varied, challenging, and rewarding, covering cases from large-scale fraud or clinical failings to inappropriate sexual behaviour.

Candidate

You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in UK regulatory law, specifically in medical regulatory law concerning disciplinary and fitness to practice hearings. Advocacy experience is not required.
