Frontend Developer

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 – 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐧 – 𝐔𝐩 𝐭𝐨 £𝟏𝟏𝟎𝐤 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞 + 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬

A boutique London-based Prop Trading firm is looking to add a mid-level frontend developer to their team that will be responsible for building a suite of UI applications and dashboards for the front office team.

The business, having performed very well for many years, but preferring to stay nimble, is looking to add an additional developer to bolster its frontend team.

Responsibilities would include building:

• Tick-by-tick visualisation tools to understand the market, how their strategies act within it, and their internal latencies.
• Realtime monitoring and management of their systematic trading strategies and technology platform.
• Realtime and Historical Risk and PNL for both production systems and trading simulations.

Requirements:

• Strong React/TypeScript skills, ideally working in an environment building applications directly for end users.
• Excellent knowledge of CompSci fundamentals, specifically data structures and algorithms.
• Good knowledge of UI principles, patterns and best practices.
• Finance experience isn\’t required, but it does help.
