Solution Architect – ServiceNow – London Market – Outside IR35

Day Rate: c.£700/750/day Outside IR35Location: Hybrid (2 days/week London)Duration: 6 months+

A global insurance group is delivering a London Market transformation focused on operational risk, compliance, and ITSM. They are seeking a ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead platform build and native integration across CMDB, Risk, and Compliance.

Role focus

• Architect and lead build on the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, Risk, Compliance, and ITSM modules
• Design ServiceNow-native integrations using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Servers, and scripted REST APIs
• Define config structures, data models, relationships, and process automation within ServiceNow
• Ensure architecture aligns with audit, governance, and London Market regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal developers, product owners, and ServiceNow delivery partners

Ideal backgrounds

• ServiceNow Solution Architects with hands-on module build + integration design experience
• Senior Platform Engineers or Technical Leads who have built and integrated CMDB, GRC, or SecOps on ServiceNow
• London Market or regulated FS experience strongly preferred

Desirable skills

• ServiceNow CSA and Implementation Specialist (GRC, CMDB, or ITSM)
• IntegrationHub, MID Server, scripting (JavaScript), PowerShell
• Understanding of ITIL, config governance, and operational risk frameworks
