The Category Manager is responsible for end-to-end category management from insight generation and opportunity identification through to partnering with customers and executing in the market.
Build trusted and collaborative relationships with our customers to influence positive change and drive long term and sustainable category growth. Help Pilgrims disproportionately win in the market by leading the category agenda. Elevate category conversation with our customers through a breadth of wiring within our retailers. This role will focus on two customers and work with other customers in line with business needs.
Be the outspoken voice of our shopper and customer within the business to create triple win opportunities (Category, Customer, Pilgrims). Live our Determination and Ownership values. Drive the category agenda and make category first thinking infectious within the cross-functional team. Be an agent for positive change, motivate others to join the mission., * Translate data from multiple sources into clear actionable insights and compelling sell stories to deliver these opportunities.
