Head of BD and Marketing

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Director to join our dynamic Adalvo team. The ideal candidate will have a deep product understanding and will be responsible for enhancing the customer and partner experience through strategic communication and technical marketing support. Customer & Partner Experience Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking. Communication & Content Creation Create compelling presentation materials and product content for the BD and Sales teams. Maintain up-to-date marketing collateral reflecting Adalvo’s product portfolio and capabilities. Work closely with the Business Development, Sales, and Regulatory teams to ensure technical accuracy and alignment of messaging. Support the business review meetings through timely marketing inputs and partner-facing documentation. Leverage deep technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products to craft targeted communications. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner needs to proactively adjust marketing strategies. Minimum 5-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a marketing-related role. Strong technical knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the product lifecycle. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging content. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Every day brings new opportunities to learn and grow.
