Private-equity backed and scaling fast, our multi-site real-estate client needs a Finance Analyst to own capital expenditure control - from cash-flow forecasting and rigorous financial modelling to SAP-driven board reporting and hands-on FP&A partnership.

The Role

  • Own end-to-end CAPEX forecasting and cash-flow modelling for a £100m+ annual spend.
  • Consolidate spend across development, refurb, maintenance, tech—60+ sites and counting.
  • Deliver tight monthly re-forecasts, variance analysis and investor-ready reports.
  • Partner with Property, Maintenance, Interiors & Tech to validate assumptions and control spend.
  • Streamline SAP approval workflows; drive process gains in a PE-backed, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified (or finalist) with strong Excel & modelling chops.
  • Proven experience in CAPEX reporting within real-estate, construction, hospitality or similar multi-site sectors.
  • Comfortable turning large data sets into punchy insights for C-suite and PE stakeholders.
  • Calm operator who meets deadlines, questions spend, and spots errors fast.
