Commercial Project manager – Training and Operations
12 month contract
Hybrid – Uxbridge

Experience with Veeva Promomats
Business Operations will support Commercial Training and other Commercial Operations deliverables for projects in International Oncology. This individual will centrally manage activities and projects across multiple geographies and functions, working closely with Comm Ops, Marketing, Medical, Comm IT and other cross-functional stakeholders.
JOB DUTIES
List both technical and managerial requirements if applicable.
- Works with functional management to define project scope and requirements and ensure that the appropriate team members are identified and engaged.
- Responsible for organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and publishing minutes and action items.
- Keep project documentation up to date and actively manage project deliverables in Promomats throughout the material lifecycle acting as the job bag owner when required.
- Maintains integrated project plans and timelines, working with team members to establish task durations and dependencies.
- Monitors project progress and develops a sense of urgency if/when key deliverables are jeopardized.
- Facilitates collaborative problem-solving meetings to address obstacles and manage risks where needed.
- Provides project portfolio updates to the Comm Ops management and/or key stakeholders and escalates project risks and issues as needed.
- Partners with cross-functional project management counterparts where applicable to ensure alignment on all deliverables
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Hands on experience managing cross-functional projects
Experience with Veeva Promomats
Strong understanding of Commercial Operations projects.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflict, drive consensus and work across multiple geographies
Strong organizational, project management, change management and presentation skills
Ability to deliver against deadlines while managing multiple projects
Proven ability to lead collaborative and creative problem solving and overcome resistance or barriers
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, WORD
English speaking (multilingual preferred – e.g. German, French, Italian, Japanese)
