As we continue to expand, we need a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our Technical Sales & Estimating team , ensuring our customers receive the expert advice and solutions they need. As Sales & Estimating Support , you’ll work closely with the Technical Sales Manager and Estimating team to manage incoming quote requests , liaise with customers, and ensure accurate information is gathered to deliver compliant estimates. You’ll also play a key role in customer relations , helping to build long-term partnerships while promoting our consultative approach to sales. Quote & Estimating Support Liaising with customers via email, phone, and Teams to clarify requirements Customer Relationship Management Engaging with customers to understand their needs and provide expert support Building strong client relationships and promoting our technical expertise Sales & Marketing Support Developing a strong understanding of our products and industry to support customer interactions While experience in a sales or estimating role is beneficial, we’re more interested in your potential, problem-solving mindset, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment . ✅ Previous experience in administration, sales support, or customer service Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel ✅ Bonus Points for: Experience in a sales-related role Competitive salary plus annual performance-based bonus ️ 25 days holiday + bank holidays Matched pension contributions up to 6% Career development opportunities – formal training & qualifications Great office location in Aztec West with free parking
