- Elderly Dementia experience
- NVQ L5 (minimum to be working towards)

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for starting this elderly nursing home from the beginning within a company that has experience of Good and Outstanding CQC reports in a purpose-built Homes that gives great dementia care. With the growth plans in place this is an excellent opportunity to look at future Regional / Quality positions.
You will work alongside the SMT to provide high end care and give a great quality of life within a nursing setting, all this whilst working in a brilliant company who do their best to get the best for those in their care.
