About the Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll bring expertise in cost management, procurement, and contract administration to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Cost Management
- Prepare and oversee cost estimates and detailed project budgets.

Contract Administration
- Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of construction contracts, including handling variations, claims, and disputes.
