We are seeking a data-driven Senior Marketer to manage and optimise our lead management processes, enhance conversion rates and drive revenue growth through analysis and refinement of marketing automation campaigns and web journeys. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Operations, this role will focus on developing and executing lead nurturing and contact strategies, improving lead scoring methodologies, showing marketing campaign results in data visualisation tools/dashboards and ensuring seamless MQL handoffs between marketing and sales. The role will also undertake a number of analyses, including a deep dive in our datasets and cross-channel data analytics, to explain and predict customer behaviour and deliver actionable insight, which will improve the customer experience, help refine marketing activities and drive business growth. In addition, given that we will potentially be merging with another asset manager in the next few months, we would expect this role to be key in helping us to align on marketing automation, the use of campaign tools and analytics. The ideal candidate needs to have deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems and marketing analytics, with a proven track record of scaling lead generation and integrated campaign efforts. o Refining lead scoring models in collaboration with Sales, Regional and Global Marketers, Technology and Data Engineer to ensure high-quality lead delivery. o Monitoring and reporting on lead lifecycle metrics (CTR, conversion rates and ROI) across marketing touchpoints. In collaboration with Content Team, Regional and Global Marketers, develop nurture campaigns and a contact strategy across email, events and web. Optimise marketing automation (Oracle Eloqua) templates and ensure seamless integration between marketing tech stack and CRM (Salesforce) for accurate lead tracking. Partner with Sales and Marketing to align on lead definitions, SLAs and feedback loops. Drive best practice in campaign data management across global and local marketing. Develop and manage methodology to evaluate marketing and nurture campaigns and show results in data visualisation tools and dashboards. Provide insight/data planning support to the campaign planning cycle for Local and Global Markets and actionable insights through reporting, dashboards and data visualisation tools to stakeholders to refine targeting and messaging. Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign performance and lead quality. Provide top level analysis on the performance of different marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, various levels of conversion and funnel tracking. This will include working across all teams to develop insight from numerous channels and platforms including email metrics, google analytics, Fullstory, social media and events platforms and share with senior management and key stakeholders. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce CRM, and advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for data analysis. Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to inform decision-making. Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Understanding of ETL processes, API integrations, and database structures. Meticulous approach to data accuracy and campaign execution. Background in B2B marketing within Asset Management, Investment Management, or similar sectors. Experience with Big Data Platforms (e.g., Databricks) and knowledge of Microsoft Azure services. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with GDPR and other data-related regulations.
