You will lead the delivery of our internal and external group wide Sustainability reporting and data management. This is a key role in driving the strategic delivery of the Group sustainability strategy (our Positive Impact Plan) and requires both technical and strategic reporting expertise, combined with strong leadership ability, project, and stakeholder management skills. In this role you will partner closely with our finance team and sustainability comms/engagement stakeholders to provide subject matter expertise to enable accurate and effective Sustainability reporting to be delivered, satisfying all voluntary and mandatory sustainability reporting requirements. You will also support colleagues in the development of compelling communications about our Positive Impact Plan through timely provision of key data and insights. In this role you will work with all members of the Flutter Functions (Group) sustainability team as well as key internal and external stakeholders, such as finance, communications, IR and external advisors. We have adopted a new way of working to give you the flexibility to work your way, but team meetings and Group events are a must do – these are usually in UK/Dublin. Lead sustainability reporting for internal and external groups, ensuring compliance with requirements. Partnering with the finance function to establish and maintain processes for sustainability reporting, including managing and coordinating applicable assurance processes. Project managing our annual sustainability reporting, applying and integrating available technology enablers like Workiva, Salesforce, Workday, and EcoVadis. Developing and delivering effective quarterly internal management reporting, including ExCo reports, Board Risk and Sustainability Committee reports, and ad hoc inputs to Audit Committee reports. Supporting communications colleagues in producing compelling material for internal events by providing accurate facts and data insights. Managing reporting and administration for the Sustainability Working Group. Leading and delivering our Sustainability Ratings Agency strategy, working with Investor Relations, Risk, Compliance, and Treasury. Continuously evaluating standard methodologies in sustainability reporting, market practices, and regulatory/standards development to provide recommendations for enhanced performance and reporting outputs. Building and developing a team of experts in reporting, analytics, and assurance across all aspects of sustainability, including safer gambling. Identifying creative ways to educate and engage relevant collaborators in sustainability reporting requirements, encouraging understanding and collaboration. Familiarity with financial or non-financial (sustainability) annual reporting cycles. The ability to cut through complexity and effectively coordinate data and insights for clear communication. Demonstrable project management skills, either through day-to-day experience or formal project/programme environments. Comfort with data, although not necessarily a data scientist or technical analyst. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to convert information for internal management reporting. Experience working with and submitting responses to sustainability ratings agencies such as CDP, ISS, and S&P. Proven experience working constructively with third-party organizations like management consultancies and advisory firms.
