Company Secretarial Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Company Secretarial Manager to join a highly regarded professional services firm based in Hertfordshire. Specializing in delivering exceptional company secretarial services, this role offers the chance to work with a diverse client portfolio spanning multiple industries. You’ll join a dynamic team of three, reporting directly to senior management, and play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance and providing expert advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical company secretarial queries for clients and internal teams.
- Manage a diverse client portfolio and oversee the efficient operation of the company secretarial department.
- Assist with client billing for routine and specialized company secretarial work.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for companies and LLPs.
- Handle complex corporate actions such as capital reorganizations, share buybacks
- Collaborate with the tax department, legal counsel, and senior client representatives to deliver seamless corporate governance services.
- Support onboarding processes and annual KYC reviews.
Key Skills
- Ideally CGI Qualified but not essential

- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2006 and corporate governance regulations.
- Proficiency in Diligent, CCH, and other secretarial software, with advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office.
