You will work closely with both agents and internal teams to ensure smooth transitions, proper training, and effective operational alignment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in growing our network of insurance agents and expanding our market reach while providing ongoing support to ensure our agents\’ success. Facilitate the completion of all required documentation and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and organisational standards Ensure internal databases and external platforms are maintained and updated. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing agents, addressing their concerns and helping them navigate any challenges during their onboarding process. 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a role focused on agent relations, training, or onboarding. ~ Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with insurance management software (CRM systems, etc.). Management Duties ~ We understand the need for flexibility, so we work in a hybrid model.
